✔ 03 — Delivery & Contract Signing
Once approved, a specialist will deliver the car to your preferred location. The contract will be completed at handover, and all usage details will be explained before you drive off.

For UAE Residents

• Valid UAE driving license
• Emirates ID

For Visitors

• Valid driving license from your home country
• International Driving Permit (if your license isn’t in English or Arabic)
• Passport

Fuel Policy

The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as at the time of delivery. 

Mileage Policy

This vehicle includes a mileage allowance of 250 km per day. 

Rental Policy

Weekly Contract
If a vehicle rented on a weekly contract is returned within the first week, the rental will be recalculated at the daily rate.

Monthly Contract
If a vehicle rented on a monthly contract is returned within the first month, the rental will be recalculated at the weekly rate.

Early Returns
For early returns made without prior notice, an additional one-day rental fee will apply.
