Refund Policy

Introduction

At MK Autos, we prioritize your satisfaction. This policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be issued for our vehicle rental services.

Cancellations and Eligibility for Refunds

Customer-Initiated Cancellations:

  • More than 24 Hours in Advance: You are eligible for a full refund if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled rental time.

  • Less than 24 Hours Notice: Cancellations within 24 hours of the rental start may result in a charge equivalent to one day’s rental fee.

No-Show Policy:
Customers who fail to arrive at the agreed pick-up time without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Processing

  • Timeframe: Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days from the cancellation date.

  • Payment Method: Refunds will be returned via the same payment method used at the time of booking.

Special Cases

  • Vehicle Not Available: If the reserved car becomes unavailable due to unexpected circumstances, we will provide a similar vehicle or issue a full refund.

  • Service Concerns: If there are issues with the service, customers are encouraged to contact us directly to discuss compensation or potential refunds.
