Introduction

Welcome to MK Autos. By accessing our website or using any of our services, you agree to be legally bound by the terms and conditions set out below. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should refrain from using our services or website.
These terms apply to all users, customers, and visitors of www.mkautos.ae.

1. Eligibility

To rent a vehicle from MK Autos, you must:

Be at least 21 years old (age may vary depending on vehicle category).
Hold a valid UAE driving license or an international driving permit (as per UAE laws).
Provide original identification documents (passport, Emirates ID, valid visa, and driving license).
Have a valid payment method available at the time of booking.

2. Booking & Rental Process

To rent a vehicle from MK Autos, you must:

Be at least 21 years old (age may vary depending on vehicle category).
Hold a valid UAE driving license or an international driving permit (as per UAE laws).
Provide original identification documents (passport, Emirates ID, valid visa, and driving license).
Have a valid payment method available at the time of booking.

3. Payment & Deposit

All rental charges must be paid prior to the vehicle’s handover, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We do not require a deposit upfront for most vehicles. However, MK Autos reserves the right to request a security deposit based on the client’s profile, vehicle category, or rental duration.
Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or cash (subject to applicable limits).

4. Vehicle Usage

By renting a vehicle from MK Autos, you agree to:

Use the car responsibly and in accordance with UAE traffic laws.
Not sublease, race, or use the vehicle for illegal purposes.
Refrain from taking the vehicle outside UAE borders without prior written consent.
Return the vehicle in the same condition as received (excluding normal wear and tear).
Cover the cost of any damages, fines, or tolls incurred during the rental period.

5. Insurance & Liability

All vehicles are insured as per UAE regulations.
Insurance covers standard damage and third-party liability, subject to an excess fee.
You are liable for any damage or loss resulting from negligence, misuse, or breach of rental terms.
In the event of an accident, the renter must immediately inform MK Autos and Dubai Police to obtain a valid police report, this is mandatory for insurance coverage.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of delivery may incur a penalty fee.
Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 7–10 working days after review.

7. Delivery & Pickup

We offer same-day delivery within Dubai.
Delivery and pickup outside Dubai may take additional charges.
It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the vehicle at the time of delivery and report any visible damage immediately.

8. Privacy

All personal data collected is handled according to our Privacy Policy, ensuring your information is secure and used only for service delivery, marketing (if opted-in), and regulatory compliance.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including visuals, text, logos, and trademarks, is the property of MK Autos and may not be reused or copied without prior written consent.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
