1. Eligibility
To rent a vehicle from MK Autos, you must:
- Be at least 21 years old (age may vary depending on the vehicle category).
- Hold a valid UAE driving license or an International Driving Permit (as per UAE laws).
- Provide valid identification documents (passport, Emirates ID, visa, and driving license).
- Have a valid payment method at the time of booking.
2. Booking & Rental Process
- All bookings are subject to vehicle availability and confirmation.
- Accurate personal and booking details must be provided.
- MK Autos reserves the right to refuse or cancel a booking if requirements are not met.
3. Payment & Deposit
- Full payment must be made before vehicle handover unless agreed otherwise.
- A security deposit may be required depending on the vehicle, rental duration, or customer profile.
- Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or cash (as per applicable limits).
4. Vehicle Usage
By renting a vehicle, you agree to:
- Follow all UAE traffic laws and regulations.
- Not use the vehicle for illegal activities, racing, or subleasing.
- Not take the vehicle outside the UAE without written permission.
- Return the vehicle in the same condition (normal wear and tear excepted).
- Pay for any damages, fines, Salik (toll charges), or penalties during the rental period.
5. Insurance & Liability
- All vehicles are insured in accordance with UAE laws.
- Insurance includes third-party liability and standard coverage, subject to an excess amount.
- The renter is responsible for damages caused by negligence or misuse.
- In case of an accident, a police report is mandatory for insurance claims.
6. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Free cancellation is allowed up to 24 hours before delivery.
- Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a charge.
- Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 7–10 working days.
7. Delivery & Pickup
- Same-day delivery is available within Dubai.
- Additional charges may apply for locations outside Dubai.
- Customers must inspect the vehicle at delivery and report any issues immediately.
8. Privacy
We respect your privacy. All personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy and used only for service delivery, communication, and legal compliance.
9. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, images, logos, and branding, belongs to MK Autos and may not be copied or reused without permission.
10. Governing Law
AThese terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of Dubai courts.
